The chat filter is a feature of Skype and Viber that allows you to restrict access to certain chat rooms.
It is not as simple as disabling the chat or switching off your Skype account.
You need to set up an account in each of these platforms, and it takes a little bit of trial and error to get it set up correctly.
Here are some tips to get you started.1.
Choose a different Skype or Viber account to restrict your chat access to2.
Set up the Skype filter on your new account.3.
Check to see if you have permission to chat on the new account you are setting up.
If not, add it.4.
Follow these instructions to set the filter up correctly:1.
Click on Settings in the upper left corner of the screen.2.
Scroll down to the Settings tab and click the Chat & Contacts section.3: Under the Chat filter, click on the Add button.4: Select the Chat and Contacts tab and fill in the required information.5: Check the box next to the username you want to restrict the chat access.6: Add a user name, password, and password pair for the user you want restricted to.7: If the username or password is different than the one that was entered when setting up your new Skype or the one you have for Viber accounts, change it.8: Click OK.9.
Wait a few seconds to verify the new settings.10.
Go to your Skype or VoIP accounts page.11.
Click the Settings button and check the Chat, Contacts, and privacy tab.12.
Check the settings for your new user account.13.
When you are done, click the Edit button to add the new profile to your account.14.
The new account will now have a different name and password and will no longer have access to the Skype or VoiceOver services.15.
If you are looking for a specific chat channel or channel range, you can add them to the channel list in the Settings menu.16.
Go back to your old account and try again.17.
You should see that the new chat filter has been set up properly.
