A chat app that allows people to share photos and videos without any intermediaries has gone public in the US.
The app, called Snapchat Stories, allows people in the United States and abroad to share their Snapchat pictures and videos with people in other countries.
Snapchat has launched the app in the UK, Germany, France, Germany-Austria, Italy, Japan, Singapore and the US, the Wall Street the Journal reports.
Snapchat’s Story platform is also available in the Netherlands, Sweden and Spain.
In a blog post last week, the company said it had sold over $1 billion worth of Snapchat Stories to developers.
Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel, who joined the company in December, had previously announced that the company would launch a messaging app for the iPhone, but he didn’t specify a launch date.
Snapchat, which has been owned by Facebook since 2015, is a popular app for users in the tech and media worlds who want to keep their private photos, videos and chats private.
It was acquired by Facebook for $19 billion in 2017.
Snapchat Stories has a “snapchat” feature that lets users send private messages to people who are in a chat group.
The Snapchat app has a number of other features including the ability to show friends your location and to see when a friend posts a new picture or video.
Snapchat allows users to upload photos, video and even video clips, as well as photos and music from their phone or computer.
Users can also add their own voice over an image, which will appear when a Snapchat picture or audio clip is shared.
The feature is also featured on Instagram, which launched the Snapchat app in 2015.
Snapchat also launched a Snapchat Stories app for Apple Watch in January, which is similar to Snapchat on Android and Apple Watch.
Snapchat is currently in talks with several media companies about a Snapchat News app.
“We’re in the early stages of discussions with a few major media companies, but the conversation is still in the exploratory phase,” said a Snapchat spokeswoman.
Snapchat currently has around 2.2 billion daily active users, according to the company’s investor presentation in February.
“Our focus remains on building Snapchat Stories for the United Kingdom and other markets in the future,” Spiegel said in his blog post announcing the app launch.
Snapchat declined to comment on any potential future plans for its Snapchat News service.
Snapchat did not comment on the news that the app has gone live.
Snapchat had previously said it would launch its Snapchat Stories in the “near future.”
Snapchat Stories is now available in Germany, Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, South Korea, Japan and Sweden.
Snapchat announced its Snapchat Messenger app in December 2016, but it was only available in Australia.
Snapchat launched Snapchat Stories back in 2015, but not in the U.S. Snapchat Messenger launched in the world on September 4, 2018 in the App Store.
